About the Event
Join us for an unforgettable weekend of backpacking and climbing in the stunning desert landscape of Joshua Tree National Park! We’ll start at Cottonwood Campground parking lot and take part in an exciting climbing event led by experienced leaders. Then we'll backpack approximately 3 miles into the backcountry to set up camp. The following day, we’ll day-hike and then head home.
Departure & Return
Assemble: 7:00 AM, Saturday, February 21, 2026
Return: Approximately 3:00 PM, Monday, February 22, 2026
Transportation will be by personal cars.
